Re-blog Monday and recovering from all the Mother’s Day Festivities. This is a delicious Bruschetta served over chicken/fish or just as a side salad. If you’re lucky enough to get these beautiful heirloom tomatoes then go for it. If not just little plum or cherry tomatoes will work just fine. This is a great staple for the summer.
