Rosh Hashana is almost here! how can that be?????

How can this be? It’s still warm , I’m still out in Colorado and I’m not ready to let go of the last breath of summer. I am returning to NY next week and need to get myself in some sort of gear for this holiday.  Have to switch my bike helmet for my chef’s hat.  I only cook for 12 the first night, so it’s not too too scary. I will re-blog some of my beloved holiday recipes, and as always please feel free to contact me and contribute any recipes that have worked well for you over the years.
